A Creative Contamination

For us, true innovation begins with curiosity.

That inner drive that pushes us to explore beyond our comfort zone, to train the senses, to question what we know in favor of the unknown. It’s only through experience — direct, sometimes disorienting — that a new perspective can truly emerge.

The inspiration behind our Color Card for the FW 26/27 Collection – Lost in Spice was born from this place. Not from a fixed formula, but from an open, fluid, sensorial process. A continuous experimentation, where spice becomes both a symbol and a tool: the very agent of change.

Spice as a Symbol

We didn’t choose spices for their exotic appeal, but for their transformative power.
A spice doesn’t simply add flavor — it alters, reveals, disrupts balance to create a new one. It is an active agent, a catalyst. And just as the introduction of a new yarn can completely change the texture of a fabric, in our creative process we allowed contamination to become a method.

Spice became our language for speaking about change, perception, and openness.

The Blind Tasting Experience

It was precisely to explore these themes that we designed our Blind Tasting Experience: a sensory listening exercise, carried out without the interference of sight.
We gathered colleagues from all areas of the company — style, product, sales, communication — and invited them to be guided solely by their senses. Blindfolded, they touched, smelled, tasted, and listened. Every stimulus became a story, suggested an image, evoked a feeling.

It wasn’t about finding answers, but about opening up to new questions. What happens when we remove our usual points of reference? What remains, what emerges?

This exercise allowed us to deconstruct the way we perceive color, flavor, and material. And it gave rise to unexpected insights that ultimately shaped the creation of our Color Card and our FW 26/27 Collection.

We deeply believe that there can be no innovation without experimentation, and no transformation without involvement. On these foundations, we built the entire experience — inviting our testers to let themselves be fully immersed in sensation, in the most authentic and spontaneous way possible.

A Process That Leaves a Mark

Lost in Spice is the result of a journey shaped by contamination, deep listening, and small revelations.
We didn’t follow a predetermined recipe — we allowed ourselves to be guided by experience, often disorienting, always authentic.

Because in the end, it’s only when we truly let ourselves be transformed by things that something new can truly emerge.
